Software Development Analyst

Dell is looking for a highly skilled Software Development Analyst who is willing to handle development as well production support work. He/She should be able to gather client requirements, estimate, design, develop and deploy the development / enhancement changes and also able to guide L2 team during outages. He/she should be well versed with the technicalities and should communicate directly with customer for any issues / clarifications / discussions and convey the same to the team.
