Hardware Product Manager

The Hardware Product Manager is a customer facing contact for desktop, notebook and tablet products declared by a major Dell customer as a Standard. The HWPM team consists of approximately 10 people who test Dell products for customer use and work with the customer to ensure the products will meet their needs. The position requires a person with strong interpersonal skills and experience working in a fast-paced, team-oriented collaborative environment on-site with the customer. Experience and willingness to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment is essential. Duties include preparing and presenting internal and customer facing reports and leading meetings. A strong familiarity with Office productivity software and some technical writing experience is required.
