3 tips for creating a better CV

You have to avoid adding generic descriptions of the jobs you originally applied and instead ask yourself - what was the benefit of having done what I did?
The accomplishments should be unique to you, not just a list of what someone else did

2. Format your CV to call attention to important points

The recruiters spend initially no more than 30 seconds to scan your CV, so it's important to catch their attention by formatting properly your CV. You can for example use bullets to call attention to important points  or also selectively apply bold and italic typeface that help guide the reader's eye. 

3. Quantify your accomplishments

A resume is a marketing document designed to sell your skills and strengths rather than just portray a bio of the candidate. Quantify your achievements to ensure greater confidence in the hiring manager and thereby generate interest percentages, dollars, number of employees, etc.
