La Poma is a bar and restaurant located in the heart Brooklyn NY with a menu focused on Italian food and pizza and also traditional american food. Made using a mixture of organic wheat & rice flours and left to rise for over 48 hours, the resulting crust is lighter, crispier, and more easily digestible than your typical Neapolitan pizza. Topped with a wide variety of traditional ingredients like artichokes, prosciutto cotto, guanciale, anchovies and mushrooms, and using only imported fior di latte mozzarella from Campania, each pinsa is then finished in La Poma’s imported Moretti Forni oven specifically designed for this type of pizza.
La Poma's menu also has a large selection of Roman antipasti, as well as a few spins on classic dishes from the Eternal City such as baked cacio e pepe, and roasted polletto.
