You may find below an easy recipe for a vegan version of the popular french Quiche. You need the following ingredients -
1 crumbled paste 100% vegetable
200 g smoked tofu
40 cl of soy cream (2 briquettes)
2 tablespoons corn starch (20 g)
2 tablespoons of malted yeast in flakes (optional)
salt and pepper
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Unroll your dough in a pie pan. Prick the bottom with a fork.
Cut the tofu into small sticks and place them in the pie shell.
In a bowl, pour starch, malted yeast, salt and pepper. Add a little soy cream and dilute the starch before putting the remaining cream (you can taste to check the seasoning).
Pour the quiche on the tofu and spread over the whole surface.
Bake for 45 minutes
